Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego developed the Client Onboarding Management Processing And Servicing System, also known as COMPASS.

The program is an online system designed to process and track clients from intake to outcomes. It manages client onboarding, internal and external referrals, and captures data analytics on services provided and total clients served. It also consolidates data for outcome measurements such as quality of service and community needs assessment.

COMPASS is scalable to provide real-time data, and video conferencing with clients, leveraging existing video conferencing platforms. The hope is that COMPASS will be shared with and used by Catholic Charities agencies at the regional, national, and international levels.
