Kerry Alys Robinson

President & CEO

Kerry Alys Robinson is a noted expert in Catholic leadership and philanthropy and, for decades, has served the church and its mission to alleviate human suffering. 

Most recently, she was an executive partner at Leadership Roundtable, which promotes excellence and best practices in the management, finances and human resource development of the Catholic Church. She was the group’s founding executive director. 

Prior to that, Kerry served as director of development for Saint Thomas More Catholic Chapel and Center at Yale University, leading a $75 million fundraising campaign to expand and endow the chapel’s ministry and construct a Catholic student center.  

A member of the Raskob Foundation for Catholic Activities and FADICA (Foundations and Donors Interested in Catholic Activities), she has been an advisor to and trustee of more than 25 grantmaking foundations, charitable nonprofits and family philanthropies. She served for 15 years on the national committee for the USCCB’s Catholic Campaign for Human Development. 

Kerry is an accomplished writer and speaker and wrote the prize-winning Imagining Abundance: Fundraising, Philanthropy and a Spiritual Call to Service

Executive Administrator to the President & CEO and Liaison to the Board of Directors

Val provides trusted, high-level executive and administrative support to CCUSA’s president and core leadership team and manages all administrative, financial and functional aspects of the president’s office and board of directors. Val manages the president’s calendar, communicating with various internal and external audiences to cultivate and maintain successful partnerships and relationships. She works closely with all departments at CCUSA and executes special projects and recommends actions, as needed.   


Brian Corbin, executive vice president of member services

Brian facilitates an inter-disciplinary team of experts in programs and services, disaster operations, Catholic identity, government relations and membership benefits. This team provides support to the 168 diocesan member agencies of the Catholic Charities network in program and ministry design and evaluation, disaster planning and response, leadership formation, social policy, governance training, data analysis and ethical review. The Member Services Team assists member agencies with efforts involving services, advocacy and convening. He also serves on the Institutional Development Committee for Caritas Internationalis. Brian previously spent 27 years in the field as a diocesan director of Catholic Charities.

As communications and marketing lead, Bill is responsible for CCUSA’s branding and communications objectives. In this role, he oversees the media relations, executive communications, advertising and social media functions and creative development associated with positioning CCUSA. Bill and his team work closely with CCUSA internal functions to position their efforts both within the Catholic Charities network and with external constituents through direct mail, video production, event promotion and storytelling. With his colleagues and a steering committee, he leads a Catholic Charities Community of Practice focused on excellence in communications and marketing. He also is the liaison for the CCUSA Board of Directors Communications & Marketing Committee.

Anthony leads CCUSA’s resource development and is responsible for national partnerships, complex assets and the Donor Advised Fund. He works closely with the strategic priority leads in creating major initiatives and securing the funding for new programs and plays an active role in disaster relief by overseeing the procurement of financial and material resources. He also supports the CFO with developing annual revenue goals through a comprehensive and diversified development strategy for CCUSA’s overall growth and sustainability. Under Anthony’s leadership, the Development Team works with member agencies on their strategies to secure necessary local financial resources. He also is the liaison for the CCUSA Board of Directors Development Committee.

Gevada leads CCUSA’s human resources strategy and has responsibility for HR initiatives to drive organizational performance to meet CCUSA’s mission. She oversees talent acquisition, staffing and retention, cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity initiatives. She also oversees front office operations at the CCUSA national office to ensure that an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to Catholic Charities member agencies and the community.

Katie serves as CCUSA’s chief financial officer, supporting the organization’s financial objectives. She directs and oversees all financial activities, including budgeting, accounting activities, audit and tax activities and financial r­­­eporting. She also directs the preparation of current financial reports and summaries and creates forecasts predicting future growth. Katie works closely with all CCUSA departments to ensure external reporting is complete and accurate and ensures that department heads understand the financial impacts of their work. She acts as a liaison to the CCUSA Board of Directors for the Audit, Finance and Investment Committees.


Keith Styles, executive vice president, chief operating officer and general counsel

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

Keith has served as CCUSA’s executive vice president, general counsel and chief operating officer for more than 10 years and was previously CCUSA’s outside counsel for eight years. He is responsible for all legal affairs, regulatory compliance, business operations and convenings; works with all areas of the organization; and consults on major initiatives and program design. He acts as a liaison to the CCUSA Board of Directors Finance, Investment, Audit and Governance committees and is responsible for asset and property management, risk management and the leasing of the organization’s corporate headquarters. In addition, Keith oversees the O’Grady Catholic Health Trust, which provides medical, vision and dental benefits to over 4,000 people.
