Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) announced that it has received a generous grant of $500,000 from the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) that will be shared across 30 agencies in their network. The funds are directed to assist with the COVID-19 pandemic in the following three categories: food (required), emergency housing needs and telehealth.
Catholic Charities agencies are on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic, distributing food, offering shelter, providing health and wellness support and so much more. The needs of our vulnerable brothers and sisters have grown significantly during the pandemic and the grant funds provided by CDP will provide much-needed assistance.
