CCUSA, USCCB joint comments on SNAP requirements, services for ABAWDs

In a joint response, Catholic Charities USA and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops answered the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service’s request for public comment on the advance notice of proposed rulemaking concerning SNAP requirements and services for able-bodied adults without dependents (ABAWDs).
