CCUSA supports passage of the Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act

Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) President and CEO Sister Donna Markham OP, PhD, wrote to congressional leaders today in support of the Adoption Tax Credit Refundability Act of 2023 (HR 3662). This legislation would make the current adoption tax credit fully refundable, offsetting the costs of adoption for all adoptive families, including those with low-and middle-incomes.
