The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, The Catholic Health Association of the United States, Catholic Charities USA, the National Catholic Educational Association, Catholic Relief Services, the United States Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities sent a letter to President Trump and Congress urging swift action on a legislative package that addresses the ongoing need of people caused by the COVID-19 pandemic: The nation is suffering, people are out of work, and the demand for food is high.
