Sister Donna Markham OP, PhD, president and CEO of Catholic Charities USA, joined leaders of other Christian organizations as members of the “Circle of Protection” in urging members of Congress to pass a final Farm Bill that does not reduce SNAP funding or the number of people who receive SNAP food assistance.
