Program Manager - Catholic Social Services, Anchorage

Position Summary:

The Program Manager directs all employment programming from Refugee Assistance and Immigration Services (RAIS) throughout the state. This position has a focus on cultural orientation, employment services and job readiness classes. To provide excellent employment opportunities, this position networks with various employers as an avenue for employment pursuits for clients. In addition, this person is responsible for the supervision of staff at the Welcome Center and for the maintenance of the facility. This person is responsible for providing statistics on program activities and tracking/reporting of all grant outcomes and accomplishments. This position may require some evening and weekend hours.
