The bilingual Mental Health Counselor is responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and rendering appropriate clinical diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and rendering bilingual, culturally competent evidence-based therapy interventions primarily for adults and couples both in person and through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Some evening work is required, but we will offer flex scheduling. Conversational Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills and possession of a license in good standing as an LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, or LPA are required for employment.
