Have you previously served with AmeriCorps or Peace Corps? Become a VISTA Leader at Catholic Charities national headquarters, helping to manage and support 45 VISTAs serving across the country. The VISTA Leader works in person at our office to support program members, sites, and staff across the country through virtual methods, by:

*Ensuring peer learning and networking in support of member responsibilities

*Developing trainings and resources (promoted to attend one outside information gathering event a month)

*Assisting with grants management and ensuring compliance across program sites

*Training site supervisor on recruitment best practices and support recruitment efforts

*Managing members and project staff in data collection, reporting and analysis

*Providing coaching and professional development to VISTAs to prepare for life after service

*Working with the project director on program planning, coordination, communication, and record keeping.
