The Bilingual Mental Health Therapist will provide culturally competent mental health services to individuals and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. Although the primary focus will be on serving Spanish-speakers, service provision to speakers of other languages may be required, either in English or with the help of an interpreter. Services will be offered both at partner schools and at CCSWO office.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
  • Provide clinical services to students of Princeton City Schools as an embedded therapist
  • Provide psychoeducational groups and services to PCS students and families
  • Complete clinical documentation within expected timeframes.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • Degree in counseling or social work
  • Fluency with oral and written English and Spanish
  • Proficient in utilization of computer-based medical records
  • Independent or Dependent license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) in counseling or social work required
