Catholic Charities Yolo-Solano is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior DOJ Accredited Representative to provide high-quality immigration legal services to low-income individuals and families. This position delivers direct case management and legal representation in a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, naturalization, DACA, U Visas, waivers, adjustment of status, and consular processing. The Senior DOJ Representative also leads community outreach, legal workshops, and educational clinics while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational best practices. The ideal candidate is committed to advancing access to justice, building strong community partnerships, and serving immigrant communities with professionalism, cultural humility, and integrity. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
