Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to help lead the organization through a consequential new chapter.

CCFW is transitioning to an approximately $25 million annual operating plan, sharpening organizational priorities, and building a stronger foundation to meet growing community needs. The next CFO will partner closely with the President and CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership Team to lead enterprise transformation, challenge long-standing assumptions, and bring clarity to difficult decisions about programs, people, investments, and future growth.

This is not a caretaker role. It is an opportunity for a proven financial executive to serve as strategist, steward, operator, change leader, growth architect, and people developer all in service of a mission that is measurably changing lives.

Because of the scope of the role, strong candidates will bring an active CPA credential, substantial CFO-level leadership experience, and a demonstrated record of leading complex financial and organizational transformation.

The work will be complex. The decisions will matter. The opportunity to make a lasting difference is extraordinary.

For the right CFO, this is more than the next executive role. It is a chance to bring exceptional financial leadership to an organization committed to honoring the dignity and potential of every person it serves.
