PURPOSE OF POSITION:

An Intensive Case Management Supervisor at Catholic Charities:

Develops group living guidelines for twenty-one families with children.
Develops and coordinates programs and services for children
Provides and coordinates case management services for twenty-one families.
Coordinates a children’s health service program
Recruits and supervises.
Develops and maintains data collection systems for grant reporting purposes
Oversees the implementation of programs funded through public and private grants.
Provides input into the development and implementation of agency policy and operating guidelines.
Provides staff supervision and ensures that the family program is adequately staffed to ensure resident safety.
Works cooperatively with and maintains open communication with other agencies.
Manages the family services operating budget.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have computer use skills
Must have record keeping skills in the areas of budget management, client services and program services
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Basic understanding of domestic abuse and child abuse/neglect laws and reporting requirements.
Must have a general understanding of homeless issues and the Denver provider network
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in a human service-related field and two years of paid work experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year. Full Time.

Extensive Paid Time Off (4 weeks accrual for new employees – increasing based on tenure) promoting work life balance.

Sabbatical Leave Program: Employees who have completed seven years of continuous full-time service are eligible for a paid sabbatical leave to support rest, renewal, and professional or personal growth. Eligible staff may take 4 weeks of sabbatical leave.
403b Retirement Plan with Agency contribution of 4% & match up to 2% of annual compensation.
Choice of 3 PPO Medical Plans (90% of employee’s and 75% of dependent’s premiums is paid by Agency), Dental, & Vision starting the 1st day of the month following start date.
