December 7, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Event Navigation
Catholic Charities agencies are frequently faced with the dilemma of knowing which programs are worthy of start-up capital and which are no longer sustainable. Join us for a webinar to explore the Program Lifecycle, which helps agency staff and leadership to face these questions strategically. Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona has developed some tools that clarify the issues around closing programs and starting new ones through regular review. Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Cleveland, as part of its strategic planning initiative, created a business model that is based on stewardship and mission impact. This sustainability project was designed to improve the financial health and programmatic impact of programs and services through program evaluation, analysis and structured discussion in an effort to develop targeted strategies and make decisions regarding the viability of programs. Join our experts who will share this model to assist others to evaluate program viability in a mission-driven/stewardship environment that also offers an opportunity to engage with staff, content experts and board members in an effort to set the stage for increased collaboration, understanding and buy-in when change happens.
NOTE: This webinar offers 1.0 CEC for the field of social work and counseling based on those who pass the post-webinar evaluation.
