Housing First: A Model for Addressing Chronic Homelessness webinar

Catholic Charities USA is committed to finding solutions to chronic homelessness, as evidenced by its Healthy Housing Initiative which formerly kicks-off on January 1, 2020. Housing First, a collaboration between community organizations in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, represents an evidence-based solution to addressing long-term homelessness. Join this webinar to learn about this collaborative effort, the unique circumstances it has encountered since its inception in 2002, and its goal of functional zero chronic homelessness in Cuyahoga County by 2020.
