The O’Grady Leadership Institute is intended for Catholic Charities emerging leaders, administrators, and program directors who seek to engage in a process of personal, professional, and spiritual growth. It is designed to foster an understanding of the identity and mission of Catholic Charities, articulate and develop leadership skills, and provide practical tools to guide ethical decision-making and professional action and engagement.
