Adoption

Across the country, Catholic Charities agencies provide pregnancy counseling and adoption services for individuals and families regardless of their religious, social, or economic backgrounds.

Disaster Operations

CCUSA’s Disaster Operations coordinates the Catholic Church’s response to disasters in the United States and grants relief funds to local Catholic Charities agencies.

Family Strengthening

A partnership of CCUSA and the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the CCUSA/Annie E. Casey Foundation Family Strengthening Awards recognize CCUSA member agencies and affiliates for outstanding programs that help give children what they need most: strong, capable, and economically successful families.

Housing Counseling

CCUSA’s Housing Counseling Program was launched in 1994 with support from the Fannie Mae Foundation. The initial program of five cities has grown into a network of over 30 sub-agencies which now compose the CCUSA Housing Counseling Network (HCN).

Social Issues Awareness

Ever cognizant that poverty does not occur in a vacuum, CCUSA highlights the linkages between social issues including racial equality and human trafficking that are related to and contribute to the growing crisis of poverty in our nation.

Volunteer Recognition

Each year, over 300,000 individuals lend their hearts and hands at local Catholic Charities agencies. Volunteers are the backbone of the Catholic Charities network, providing critical support to agencies on the forefront of human need.
