Catholic Charities USA Consumer Advisory Council Catholic Charities USA's Consumer Advisory Council is comprised of individuals served through Catholic Charities programs who are willing to share their experience as a recipient of services. The Council will formally advise the CCUSA Social Policy Committee on an annual basis in person, and more frequently as needed via conference call. Purpose of Project: To engage individuals who have participated or currently participating in Catholic Charities programs in an effort to inform policy and shape programs that are directed towards reducing poverty.
