Homebase Program
Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens

The program works closely with families who are on the brink of entering the shelter system. Learn more

 


The Kinship Care Resource Network 
Catholic Family Center of Rochester, NY

This program supports families in which a child is being raised by a relative other than the biological parent, such as a grandparent or sibling. Learn More

 


Our Daily Bread Employment Center
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Baltimore

The center provides comprehensive supportive services and helps people escape poverty through employment and stable housing.  Learn more

 


St. Margaret’s Shelter
Catholic Charities Spokane, WA

This emergency and transitional shelter for homeless women and their children and mothers with high-risk newborns improves family self-sufficiency. Learn more

About the Award

The four winning programs each receive a $25,000 award. They were chosen from nearly 40 submissions from local Catholic Charities agencies across the country.

The awardees will be honored at Catholic Charities USA's Annual Gathering in New Orleans on Sept. 27.
