What is your big idea to reduce poverty?

At our Annual Gathering in Portland, OR, Fr. Larry Snyder outlined our bold plan for reducing poverty in America. During that speech (see text and video below), Fr. Snyder told the audience of about 400 individuals from Catholic Charities across the country what he believes and what he thinks we ought to do.
